Delete your account
You can ask us to delete your account at any time. This page explains what gets deleted, what stays, and how long it takes.
How to ask
There are two ways. In both cases we confirm the request first, so that nobody else can delete your account.
- In the app: Profile → Delete account
- Or write to the address below. Send it from the email you sign in with, or include the phone number you use in the app.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile details — name, phone number, email, address
- The requests you sent and the offers you received
- Your messages with companies
- Files and photos you uploaded
- Your conversation with the assistant
What does not disappear straight away
Two things may remain for a short while after deletion. We would rather say so plainly.
- Backups. They are overwritten in turn: a daily copy is kept for a week, a weekly copy for a month, a monthly copy for three months. After that the old copy is gone for good.
- Records tied to a signed contract. These may have to be kept for as long as the law requires — if that applies to you, we will tell you.
How long it takes
We complete the request within 30 days, usually much sooner. For now these requests are handled by a person.
